Toga is small by choice. The adviser who scopes your work stays answerable for whoever delivers it — including the specialists we source and manage on your behalf. That is the whole proposition. An agency sends you a CV and moves on. A large consultancy sends you a partner to sell and a team you have not met to deliver. We do neither.

Strategic Advisory.
A named adviser and a decision. Short, senior, scoped to an outcome rather than a day count.
Operational Support.
Ongoing accountability for a function or programme you do not want to staff permanently.
Technical Resourcing.
Specialist people, contract or permanent, sourced and managed by the adviser who scoped the work.
Partnership Integration.
Delivery alongside a named technology partner where the work needs a product as well as a plan. Toga is Blackstone DataSync's appointed Service Delivery Partner.
TECHNICAL RESOURCING
Three ways to engage us for people.
Technical Resourcing is one of our four engagement models, not a separate business and not an agency desk. The same named adviser who scopes the work is accountable for the people who do it. An agency fills a requisition. We are engaged because someone has to be answerable for whether the programme lands.
What we take responsibility for.
Sourcing and vetting — against the delivery outcome, not the job description.
Contracting — one counterparty for every consultant, in every jurisdiction.
Onboarding — through your own compliance and non-disclosure regime, and your end client's where there is one.
Timesheets and invoicing — approved monthly, billed monthly, reconciled.
Continuity — replacement and handover when an assignment changes. Our longest single placement ran twelve months without a break.
18 assignments executed across 7 countries. No failed mobilisations and no disputed timesheets.
Contract
Specialists engaged and managed by Toga, on site, hybrid or offshore. We hold the contract, approve the timesheets, invoice monthly and carry the replacement risk. You receive a person, not a process.
Permanent
Search, technical assessment and placement onto your payroll, from mid-level to executive. Priced as an introduction fee rather than a retainer, and assessed by someone who has done the work.
Managed team
A whole build or run team scoped, assembled and governed by Toga against a defined outcome — the shape we take into framework and programme bids, where we are the single contracting counterparty.
What we will not do.
We will not bid work we cannot staff.
We do not operate a 24/7 security monitoring service. Where that is what you need, we will help you specify and select one.
We will not fixed-price a scope you cannot describe.
Where the estate is not understood, we scope and price the discovery first.
We will not put a name on a proposal we cannot deliver.
Every specialist we name has agreed their rate and their availability before the document goes out.
We will not sell you something you do not need.
If the recommendation is that you do nothing, that is what the recommendation will say.
